The Centre offers many types of therapies & spa experiences to help you to rebalance your mind, body and soul. The emphasis is on wellbeing and balance. Each of the modalities offers a different way to help create positive change. Stress related tension, experts believe, can account for 80-100% of disease, or “dis-ease.” The Wellness Centre offers a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic approach to help assist your natural ability to heal yourself.
